Steve became fascinated in sales when he found that by consistently implementing some basic principles he could achieve any sales target anyone ever set him. This allowed him to determine his and his companies top line profit constantly hitting budget.

He discovered that in his blood, was running the fascination on what made the difference between ineffective sales and highly effective sales.

What was that difference?

He spent the next five years discovering what that difference was, he subsequently worked in pharmaceutical, information technology, construction, manufacturing, engineering, retail, telecommunications, financial services and drinks industries fine tuning and honing, increasing his understanding and learning the abilities and techniques of the leading top professionals in the world. Steven is rapidly becoming one of the most sought after sales trainers in the UK.

"In 2005 we made conscious decision to move away from the retail arm of our operation and centralise our operation in Dumfries. It was a big risk at the time as the mobile communications market was extremely competitive. Part of the strategy of retaining business and increasing market share was to put our Telephone Account Managers through and comprehensive training programme which we organised through HBT. The training was tailored around our people and our market and was delivered in sessions over a period of three months. This was so that account managers could practice and implement their skills before adding to their portfolio of knowledge.
